Got Questions? We’ve Got You Covered.
Choosing the right preschool is a big decision. Our FAQ section makes it easier by answering the most common questions parents ask about daily routines, safety, curriculum, and enrollment.
Is my child safe at Sprouting Spot?
Absolutely. Safety is our first priority. We have locked entry doors, secure check-in/out, a fenced outdoor play area, AI-powered camera security, and all staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, and emergency protocols.
What curriculum do you follow?
Sprouting Spot uses a future-forward, inquiry-based curriculum that blends play with early academics. Children explore STEM, language, arts, and problem-solving through hands-on activities. We also integrate Spanish and American Sign Language, gardening, and nature-based learning.
Will my child be ready for kindergarten?
Yes! Our 3–5 year old programs build strong foundations in reading, writing, math, and social-emotional skills. By graduation, children can read simple books, write sentences, solve real-world math problems, and present their ideas with confidence.
How do you support social and emotional growth?
Every day, children practice empathy, teamwork, and conflict resolution. We use positive guidance strategies—never punishment—and create calm, caring spaces where every child feels loved and included.
What’s included in tuition?
Tuition covers everything—meals, snacks, supplies, and enrichment programs like Spanish, ASL, music, and gardening. There are no surprise fees, and our rates are designed to be affordable while providing the highest quality care.
How do you keep parents updated?
We believe in open communication. Parents receive daily updates through our secure app, weekly newsletters, and learning recaps. Plus, we have an open-door policy—come see the joy of learning in action anytime.
What if my child has allergies or special needs?
We take allergies seriously with clear food protocols and staff training. For children with special needs, we partner with families to create an individualized support plan, ensuring every child thrives.
